It is that time of the week again where we share a book quote that seemed particularly striking for us.

For the month of AUGUST, our book quote theme is: PASSAGE.

August, for me, is a time of transition – where the passage of time becomes even more keenly felt. Decisions come into fruition, for better or worse, usually during this ‘turning of the leaves’ of time. While I have yet to read and find Robin Hobb’s Fool’s Assassin (Amazon | Book Depository), this quote on endings and beginnings do resonate a great deal.
