How do you cook a pasta dinner? Stop motion animator, director, and fiber artist Andrea Love makes the meal look simple to cook up with this felted wool stop-motion animation: Pasta with Red Sauce.
This Instagram video demonstrates how she creates these tiny creations by felting bits of wool into shape. Felting interweaves wool fibers by tangling them together with a barbed felting needle. Love makes them more sturdy and flexible with a structural wire tucked into their centers. Watch:
