It is that time of the week again where we share a book quote that seemed particularly striking for us.

For the month of DECEMBER, our book quote theme is: GRACE.

I do own a copy of Herman Hesse’s Siddhartha (Amazon | Book Depository) which I bought back in 2012. I like how this particular quote surfaces the duality of emotions: that one simply does not arrive at a state of grace without first experiencing grief, sorrow, or despair. I look forward to finding it in my bookshelves and reading it soon.
