It is that time of the week again where we share a book quote that seemed particularly striking for us.

For the month of MAY, our book quote theme is: JUSTICE.

The Philippine election is happening this month (yes, I am a registered voter), and so I thought of devoting the entire month to JUSTICE, especially since fabrications, deceptions, manufactured versions of alternate realities are being peddled as so-called ‘truths.’

While I have already read N. K. Jemisin’s The Broken Earth series (Amazon | Book Depository) and her Inheritance series (Amazon | Book Depository), I have yet to read her Dreamblood duology (Amazon | Book Depository). I thought that this particular quote from The Killing Moon (Amazon | Book Depository) is a perfect ender for our book quote theme on justice.
