One of the books I gifted my daughter when we moved her in to her university in Seattle was Audre Lorde’s Sister Outsider (Amazon | Book Depository). This message of embracing one’s power, one’s beauty, one’s vision is one I needed to hear at the moment. Hope it finds you too.
