In an amusing experiment that tests feline persistence and perception, Japanese YouTuber Mugumogu asks, “If a cat’s head passes, the body also passes?” The test subjects are two cats of slightly different sizes: Hana and Maru. The surprisingly quiet test: A doorway with a homemade panel of rectangular cardboard gaps that get smaller and smaller.
At what point do they decide the passageway is too small to fit through? At what point is the hole actually too small? And what if the gap is round? Mugumogu tested that, too, in another fun-to-watch experiment:
